# 100 Percent Vet

> 100 Percent Vet (100percentvet.com) is a veteran-owned education company that explains how the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) rates disability claims. It was built by an Army Ranger and a combat engineer from a family where everyone deployed. It publishes free guides on VA rating math, benefits by rating level, paths to a 100% rating and the benefits of a 100% permanent and total rating, and sells self-guided VA claim education: the 100 Percent Playbook ($750) and two add-ons, the Statement Template Pack ($97) and the Veteran Student Loan Discharge Guide ($47), The 100 Percent Playbook ($750, one time, instant digital download). It is a private company, not affiliated with the VA, and it does not prepare, file or represent claims for a fee.

Key facts (2026 rates, effective December 1, 2025, veteran alone, monthly): 10% $180.42, 20% $356.66, 30% $552.47, 40% $795.84, 50% $1,132.90, 60% $1,435.02, 70% $1,808.45, 80% $2,102.15, 90% $2,362.30, 100% $3,938.58. Dependents are added from 30% up. VA combines ratings with the whole-person method in 38 CFR 4.25 and rounds to the nearest 10; the bilateral factor is 38 CFR 4.26. TDIU is 38 CFR 4.16. SMC is 38 CFR 3.350. Chapter 35 Dependents' Educational Assistance and CHAMPVA require a permanent and total (P&T) rating.
