What we collect
When you use our free roadmap tool, buy a product, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, state of residence, information you choose to share about your military service and health conditions, any documents you upload, and standard technical data such as your IP address and pages viewed. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Sensitive information
Some of what you share may include health and military service details. We treat this information as confidential. We use it only to prepare the educational roadmap and materials you asked for, to deliver products you purchase, and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not put Social Security numbers or medical details in email subject lines, URLs, or logs. Please black out your Social Security number on any document before uploading it.
How we use it
We use your information to build and send your roadmap and educational materials, to deliver and support products you buy, to answer your messages, to send updates and educational emails you can opt out of at any time, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email delivery service, and payment processor, and only as needed for them to perform their work. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not share your information with the VA unless you direct us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
