These terms govern your use of 100percentvet.com and any product or service you buy from 100 Percent Vet. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Who we are, and who we are not
100 Percent Vet is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. We are not a law firm, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
What we provide
We provide education, information, and consultation to help veterans understand the VA disability system, the rating schedule, and how to describe their conditions accurately and completely. Our free roadmap tool gives you general, personalized educational guidance based on what you tell us. Our paid products are general education: courses, templates, reference tools, and merchandise. They are not tied to any individual claim. We never charge a fee for help preparing or filing an initial claim. Representation after a VA decision is separate, begins only under a written fee agreement, and is never sold through this site.
What we do not do
We do not guarantee any VA rating, decision, outcome, back pay, or dollar amount. Every claim is decided by the VA on its own facts. We never ask you to describe your conditions as worse than they are; we help you describe your actual experience accurately and fully. You are responsible for the truthfulness of everything you submit to the VA. You sign and submit your own forms, or an accredited representative does so on your behalf.
Educational purpose
Our materials are general education and consultation, not legal advice and not a substitute for an accredited representative. Laws, regulations, and VA procedures change. You should confirm anything time-sensitive before relying on it.
Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login details secure. Do not misuse the site, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 100 Percent Vet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.
