Digital products and consultation
Because our products include digital materials and consultation that are delivered and used quickly, sales are final except as described below.
Fourteen day refund on courses and toolkits
If you buy a course or toolkit and it is not what you expected, email us within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund it in full. After fourteen days, or once more than half of a course has been completed, sales are final.
Merchandise
Unworn merchandise in original condition can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can send return instructions.
Representation after a VA decision
Paid representation on a supplemental claim, higher-level review, or Board appeal is never sold through this site. It begins only after a VA decision exists, under an individually signed written fee agreement, and that agreement governs its own fees and refunds.
How to request help or a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. We review every request individually and respond promptly.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster by talking to us directly.
